We realize art is subjective, and the pieces you choose online may not look the way you expected in your home. If you purchase a piece and decide you don’t want it within 15 days of receiving it, we will take it back for a full refund of the purchase price (unfortunately we cannot refund any shipping charges).
We ship pieces insured, so if a piece is damaged in shipping please contact us to facilitate a claim.
We do not gather or track personal information on our website. We never share information with any third parties unless specifically consented to and only if required (for example, arranging access to an exhibit, or information required for commissioned work etc.)
The ARTcessible app (available for Android only) uses the device camera to read QR codes in order to identify pieces for descriptions. No data is logged or captured, and no information is shared with us or any third parties
Please contact us if you are interested in a particular painting. We will get a shipping estimate based on the size and destination address, and provide you a quote. We will hold a piece for 7 days (if requested) until you decide whether to proceed based on the shipping charges.
